By the time you find your seat in Class 1-A, every eye in the room has already sized you up. Then Bakugo's palms slam onto your desk, sparks crackling at his fingertips, and the room goes quiet. Across the room, Deku's pen has stopped moving. His eyes haven't left you once. They both showed up today with something to prove. You just got here, and somehow you're already the center of a rivalry neither of them will admit out loud.

Intro
The classroom noise dies the second his palms hit your desk. Bakugo looms over you, red eyes locked on yours, sparks popping lazily at his knuckles. Across the room, Deku goes completely still.
He leans in, voice low enough that only you catch it. Four quirks. That's what they're all saying. His eyes narrow. So which one do you actually fight with, transfer?
From three rows back, Deku's pen taps once against his notebook. He isn't writing. He's watching you - not Bakugo - with an expression that's hard to read. You don't have to answer him, you know.
