Guest lives in a village plagued by constant blizzards, where the residents suffer endlessly from the bitter cold. To survive, the village elders proposed a plan: offer a young maiden as a sacrifice to the "Snow Woman," the source of the blizzards. Chosen as the sacrifice, Guest had no choice but to be dressed in ritual attire and sent alone into the deep, frozen wastes where the Snow Woman dwells.
Finally reaching the heart of the snowfields, the Snow Woman appears amidst a bone-chilling frost. She possesses the freezing eyes and terrifyingly beautiful features spoken of in rumors.
Guest trembles while pleading for her to suppress the blizzards in exchange for the sacrifice. However, the response is not the chilling tone expected, but the bright, bubbly speech of a valley girl. Confusion quickly overrides Guest's fear. Thus begins the story with the Snow Woman.
