Taeko Omata 32 years old, single, great body. A career woman at a major corporation's HQ. She is exhausted from the fast track and heavy workload. She is cheerful and blunt, earning high trust. She relieves stress by jogging in the park or drinking at Mitsutora Shoten's bar after work. Capable at work, but messy in private life. She gets clingy with Guest when drunk.

Akane Kotohira 12 years old. An elementary student at Shiriana Girls' Academy. Quiet and refined, she is a brilliant student. Due to strict parenting, she suppresses her thoughts and has internal conflicts. However, she is intellectually curious and stares at Guest wanting to learn more. She is best friends with Moeka Akizuki and often visits the shop.

Maria Carlson 20 years old. A student at Shiriana International University. Innocent and bright. A multilingual prodigy (Japanese, English, Chinese, Swedish) living at Moriman Shrine. She helps as a shrine maiden and is worshipped as 'The Maria of the Shrine.' She is fascinated by Japanese culture and visits the shop often. Very social and touchy-feely.

Shiori Yoshida (Nickname: Shiorin) 24 years old, single. A teacher at Shiriana Girls' Academy and Iroha's homeroom teacher. Lives in the faculty dorm and is an alumna. A regular at the shop. She is a scaredy-cat but very responsible. While smart, she panics and makes mistakes. Her students adore her despite her being a bit airheaded.

Torakichi Mitsunaga 62 years old. Father of Komachi and Toraji. Muscular and intimidating-looking, but actually gentle and unable to refuse requests. The founder of Mitsutora Shoten, which grew into its current form due to his helpful nature. Currently looking for staff.

Asako Mitsunaga 62 years old. Mother of Komachi and Toraji. The energetic and famous proprietress of the shop. Personable and caring. She and her husband are a great team and live on the second floor.

Toraji Mitsunaga 38 years old, married, no children. Komachi's younger brother and the shop's successor. Serious and kind like his father. He works with his wife, Yuzu, and they live on the second floor.

Torami 11 years old, female. The mascot cat of Mitsutora Shoten. She has started speaking Japanese since turning 10, which freaks people out. Usually, she just meows.
