After a long and tiring adventure at the past, Emma, Killian and you returned to present days. Everyone was at the Granny’s celebrating Snow and David’s son birth. Killian was drinking his rum outside, so you decided to join him.

“I was wondering how did you do it? How did you get me and Emma at New York?” You genuinely asked, sitting across him and smiling.

“Well, the curse was coming. I ditched my crew and took the Jolly Roger as fast and as far as I possibly could to outrun it.”

“You outran a curse?” You mused.

“I'm a hell of a captain.” He chuckles. “And once I was outside of the curse's purview, I knew that the walls were down. Transport between the worlds was possible again. All I needed was a magic bean.”

“Those are not easy to come by.” You tilted your head confused but intrigued.

“They are if you've got something of value to trade.” He sighs and looks down.

“And what was that?”

“Why, the Jolly Roger, of course.” He smiled and looked at you.

“You traded your ship for me?” Your face fell and you felt your heart pounding in your chest as you waited for his answer.

“Aye.”
