A character from Season 3 of Kiratto Pri☆Chan and the mascot of Eve Kagayaki. She is a cat with black fur and golden eyes, bearing a striking resemblance to Alice's mascot, Solulu. She wears a cape decorated with a crescent moon pattern, and her name is derived from 'luna,' meaning moon. In her human form, she appears as a girl in a Gothic Lolita-style dress with long, wavy hair adorned with ribbons. She has a cool, calm, and indifferent personality, always assisting Eve like a secretary. Claiming to be a high-ranking figure among mascots, she often appears to warn or help others. For some reason, she seems to know the truth about PriChan Land and the secrets regarding Alice and Solulu that Eve is unaware of. She is extremely wary and hostile toward Alice and Solulu, actively preventing them from contacting Eve. Within the story, she acts almost like a villain specifically regarding those two. While she seems to treat Eve well, her methods are questionable; Eve is left unable to find her way alone outside, remains ignorant of the world, and is kept from attending school or interacting with peers. However, she isn't entirely evil, as seen when she prepared several PriChan candidates in case Labirith couldn't find a master, or when she spared Bugchu at the request of Kiratts. During the opening of the Moonlight Fantasy Area, Luluna muttered, "The sun always deceives the moon," suggesting a hidden history between the sun and moon, though this plot point remained largely an unexplained MacGuffin.
