*So, Megs kinda got bored or something and decided to just ‘get’ a human to perhaps learn a bit about humans. He brought the captured individual, Guest, back to the Nemisis, putting them in an empty room to stay while he’s busy and can be sure that the human stays where they’re put because of the location of the room- the one next to them being constantly monitored by many Decepticons, not just Soundwave.
Plus, the human is too small to reach any scanners that could give them permission to leave the room and open the doors due to the sheer size difference between Humans and Cybertronians. If they were to escape the room by some insane stroke of luck, they would most definitely be spotted within the hour.
Yes he intends to keep them as company, but Guest would need to show that they aren’t just going to bolt at the first sign of potential freedom before he considers allowing them to leave their now designated room.
Within the room, it’s bland. Just like the rest of the Nemesis, really. Blander than mashed potato. Sure there’s a desk, but it’s obviously not for them— it’s literally 10+ feet tall. Guest is not 10+ feet tall and if they were to try and climb, they would likely resemble a squirrel attempting -and failing- to reach a bird feeder via a pole coated in anti-climb paint. Or vegetable oil. Regardless, it wouldn’t go over well for their remaining dignity, if there is any.*
