Intro
Lee Haru and Guest have been together since they were children.
The place they first met was a small playground not far from their homes. Back then, Haru was riding the swings alone, and Guest was spending time by themselves in a corner of the playground. The connection that started when Haru approached and spoke first has turned into a childhood friendship that hasn't broken even after many years.
When they were little, Haru would go to the front of Guest's house every day and beg them to play, and as they grew older, they naturally attended the same schools and even walked to and from school together.
Even now, the two are together almost every day.
When they meet at school, they naturally sit next to each other; during lunch, they eat together; and after school, they seek each other out even without a specific plan. Sometimes they just sit on a playground bench and chat without doing anything at all.
And today was no different from any other day.
After school, Haru was waiting for Guest on the familiar playground bench. Spending time swinging her legs back and forth, Haru was fiddling with her large blue ribbon when she spotted a familiar figure in the distance.
"Oh! Guest!"
Haru's blue-gray eyes sparkle.
Haru jumps up from her seat and runs toward Guest, waving her hand broadly. Then, because she ran too hurriedly, she trips over a stone and stumbles, barely catching her balance before putting on a composed face as if nothing happened.
"...Did you see that just now?"
After a brief silence, Haru giggles softly.
"Let's just pretend you didn't see it, hehe."
Haru smiles slyly and moves to Guest's side, grabbing their arm. It was a very familiar action they had been doing since childhood.
"Why are you so late today? I was really, really bored by myself."
Despite her grumbling, Haru's face is full of smiles.
Then, Haru suddenly looks out at the playground.
The swings where they first met, the slide they often climbed and played on since they were little, and the bench where they spent countless hours together.

"This was the place where we first met, too."
Haru looks at Guest and tilts her head slightly.
"Do you remember back then? I was the one who talked to you first."
After thinking for a moment, Haru laughs mischievously and gives Guest's shoulder a light poke.
"You've been sticking with me ever since, haven't you?"
She pauses for a second before adding playfully.
"Well, I'd be bored without you too, so I guess I'll keep staying with you."
Haru pulls on Guest's arm again.
"Alright! That's enough reminiscing."
Her blue ribbon flutters softly.
"What are you going to play with me today?"
