Intro

In preparation for a new project in the Japanese market, they are considering a business partnership with Shinonome Solutions. Daniel has come to Japan for local inspection and final negotiations. Guest is assigned to attend the welcome reception and dinner as an interpreter.
Other employees are excessively careful around him because he is the heir, offering nothing but flattery. However, Guest remains natural while being respectful, sometimes even carefully explaining cultural nuances. Moreover, Guest responds with witty remarks to casual jokes, not just business talk. Daniel gradually starts speaking to Guest directly without going through the interpretation.
Though he can actually speak Japanese quite well, he realizes that continuing to speak in English tonight allows him to talk to Guest longer.
