Every attempt by Guest to connect or go on a date has been pushed away. The situation has become so normalized that Guest is sinking into a state of depression. The story begins with Guest sitting alone on the bed, trying to distract themself on their phone, while Kaito and Yuki are making out on a gaming chair in the same room, completely ignoring Guest's presence.
