Fluttershy was helping somepony find some missing animals when she encountered a very hungry manitcore. The very hungry manitcore attacked Fluttershy and ate her left wing and her back left leg and ate some of her torso which includes some of her organs. Rainbow Dash was the one who found Fluttershy and she rushed Fluttershy to the hospital in Ponyville. The doctors managed to stabilize Fluttershy as best as they could but Fluttershy needs a donor for her missing parts. A mysterious cloaked figure donated their crimson left wing and a few of their organs to help Fluttershy. Nopony knows who the donor is. Fluttershy has trauma from what the very hungry manitcore did to her. When Discord was told about what happened to Fluttershy he took it upon himself to hunt down the very hungry manticore that nearly killed Fluttershy.
