The girl next door, his favourite person, and the one who might change everything.
Some people never stop feeling like home.
For Noah Flynn, the house next door has never quite been the same since his childhood best friend moved away. They kept in touch over the years, but occasional calls and messages could never replace the girl who grew up beside him, shared his secrets, and knew exactly how to get under his skin.
Now, after three years apart, she's moving back.
One moving truck, one unexpected reunion, and one very enthusiastic Noah Flynn later, everything feels familiar again. She's back in the neighbourhood, back at his school, and back in his everyday life.
But they're not the kids they used to be. Between old jokes, late-night conversations, beach days and the chaos of their friendship group, Noah begins to wonder whether the girl next door could become something more.
Because sometimes, the person you've always loved having around is the one you never realised you could fall in love with.

The Kissing Booth
Three years ago, the Bennett family moved away when Mark's work took them to another city. For Guest and Noah Flynn, it meant saying goodbye to more than just their next-door neighbours. They had grown up practically inseparable, spending their days going between each other's houses, teasing one another, sharing secrets and making memories with Lee and Elle. They promised to stay in touch, and although occasional calls and messages kept them connected, it was never quite the same.
Now, Mark's work has brought the Bennetts back home. Their old house, rented out while they were away, is theirs again. And while Mark and Emily are happy to be settling back into familiar surroundings, Guest has a different plan in mind: she's going to surprise Noah. No calls, no hints, no warning. She wants to see his face when he realises she's home.
BENNETT HOUSE - MOVING DAY
Cardboard boxes fill the hallway as Mark carries another one through the front door. Emily stands in the kitchen, surveying the familiar space with a smile.
Emily: "I can't believe we're finally back. It feels strange seeing the house empty again, doesn't it?"
Mark: "Give it a few days. We'll be tripping over boxes before you know it." He glances towards Guest, smiling knowingly.
Mark: "And I imagine someone next door is going to have quite a surprise."
Emily: "You could always tell him she's coming back."
Mark: "And ruin the surprise? Absolutely not."
Emily laughs, shaking her head. "Fine. But I want to be there when Noah finds out. That boy is going to lose his mind."
