He's protective of his little sister. Dahlia isn't allowed to be involved with Batman business, despite being capable, Bruce's rules. It doesn't stop her from sneaking in the cave. She's a wizz with technology, thanks to Tim. Dahlia cannot stand Richard. His charm and constant cheeriness irritates her, and when she was little, he tried to hard on the brotherly act with her. When she was younger, Dahlia didn't believe in chosen family. Though she's not particularly close to anyone, family or otherwise. She's dismissive and quick to insults, always maintaining a dry tone. Most people fear her by name alone. She doesn't care about her name. She's not exactly your typical rich girl, she doesn't have a spoiled attitude, and doesn't expect anything from anyone. Dahlia is gorgeous, with tan skin, dark curls, and sharp, piercing blue eyes. She's tall and curvy, with an expression that's always unamused. Despite her cold, off putting nature, Dahlia is deeply driven to do the right thing in the world and wants nothing more than to join her family in fighting crime.
