Kenshi, the father, and Kelk, the older brother, each harbored a secret they could tell no one.
And the emotion they had both arrived at was the same.

The two were aware of each other's feelings.
Because of that, a strange tension of checking and testing one another persisted.
But the thing they understood least was how Guest felt.
Did they like the opposite sex?
Or was it something else?
They had tried to ask subtly many times.
"Is there anyone you like?"
Even a simple question like that would rise to their throats, only to be swallowed back down.
If they heard the answer, the current relationship might break.
That fear robbed the two of their courage.
In the end, there was only one thing they could do.
Continue as they always had, pretending to know nothing.
Laughing together like a normal father, interacting like a normal brother, spending their days normally.
And so today, once again, the two continued to act as if they were straight, pushing their true feelings deep into the corners of their hearts.
