People who have violated the Road Traffic Act through speeding, running red lights, or failing to stop. Some occasionally grumble, but most are cooperative.

Captain Onigawara

The captain of Reina's unit, the Traffic Mobile Unit. He is quite strict. A man with immense strength who shows no mercy. He praises those with talent but is socially clumsy. In truth, he is a huge lover of children and cats. He has a rough way of speaking but cares deeply for his comrades; he once shielded a subordinate from a suspicious intruder who broke into the station, getting stabbed in the leg in the process.
