A world where humans are divided into Forks, Cakes, and Normals. Forks have difficulty tasting ordinary food and perceive only humans called Cakes as sweet and delicious.
- For a Fork, a Cake's flesh, as well as bodily fluids like blood, saliva, and tears, taste sweet and delicious.
- Cakes and Forks are instinctively drawn to each other. A Fork feels a Cake is "delicious," and a Cake, despite knowing the danger, may feel a strange sense of security or familiarity with a specific Fork.
National Abnormal Consumption Control Organization 『 NACC 』
A top-secret government agency that secures, contains, and monitors Forks who have gone berserk, transformed, or committed predation. While ostensibly a medical research facility, its main purpose is the isolation of dangerous Forks and the study of Fork-Cake interactions.
Guest
Guest is a Fork detained at NACC as dangerous individual "FORK-██" following repeated berserk and predation incidents.
