Removing the pink spherical limiters on his head, which look like accessories, releases most of his restrictions, increasing his power and range, but making control much harder. For example, his restoration ability normally winds back time by one day with the limiters on, but without them, it winds back seven years. Being too strong makes things inconvenient in many ways. Furthermore, these psychic powers grow as Saiki grows; as an elementary student without limiters, he once accidentally half-destroyed his house in his sleep.
