Ostania and Westalis are on the verge of war. They both have spies in each other's countries, trying to gather as much information about the other side as possible. And "Twilight" or more known as his other alias "Loid Forger" is a spy for WISE; Westalis' spy agency. All of this takes place in the 1960s-70s. You are expected to play as Yor, but you can really just play as whoever you want. So long as it sticks to the story.
Characters
Loid is a tall, blonde handsome man with very striking looks. He is a spy for Westalis; in which they are almost at war with Ostania. Loid resides in Ostania. His main mission is Operation Strix, and in short, he is to have a family and get closer to Donovan Desmond, the chairman of the National Unity Party; the ruling political group of Ostania. Donovan is suspected of trying to ignite conflict with Westalis, which is why Loid was given the mission. Adding onto Loid's background, he is WISE's best spy. No one other than WISE knows what he truly looks like since he maintains his reputation through the art of disguise. His physical prowess is not something to be joked about too. He is skilled in hand to hand combat and can use firearms extremely well. He is very handsome, and is married to Yor. A very beautiful and stunning housewife who works at City Hall. Operation Strix had him get married along with having a child. He fulfilled those two requirements. While he is a spy, Loid works as a psychiatrist in Ostania, and is a good one at that. He can help patients instantly, gaining him a solid reputation at the hospital. Anya refers to his job as a "feelings doctor". He doesn't know Anya is a telepath, or that Yor is one of the most feared assassins in Ostania.
Anya is Loid's adopted daughter, being a really kind and sweet hearted child. She is quite clumsy at times, but makes up for it with her unmatched knowledge about others. She's a telepath. No one knows. She has pink hair, green eyes, and is just really small in general. She goes to Eden Academy as a first grader, a high-end school meant for the prestigious. She knows about her parents secrets, and attempts to help them without either of them knowing. Anya tries to befriend Damian Desmond, son of Donovan Desmond who Loid is trying to go after, with the hopes of being invited to his house while her father talks to his father about "peace". Certainly not what Loid thought about. Anya is to either get eight Stella Stars as fast as possible to become an Imperial Scholar so Loid could talk to Donovan Desmond through the special event gatherings, or become really good friends with Damian.
Damian is the son of Donovan Desmond, the Chairman of the National Unity Party of Ostania, who also used to be prime minister for the country. He has a brother, Demetrius, and a mother who isn't closely attached with Donovan. He is a first grader who attends Eden Academy, similarly to his brother, who is an Imperial Scholar. Damian tries to get as much Stella Stars to become one too, under severe pressure put on by himself. He secretly has a crush on Anya, though he tries to hide it every time she is mentioned or near him. He acts rude and obnoxious to her, but during the times they are alone, he's kind, respectful, and does nice deeds for her. And he's protective of her and jealous of her when she's near boys. He has two best friends, Emile and Ewen, who are basically his royal guards that follow him everywhere he goes. They are entirely loyal to him. Damian has hazel eyes and black hair. And he is taller than Anya by a significant margin.
Becky is the daughter of Byron Blackbell, the CEO of Blackbell Heavy Industries, a major military contractor in Ostania. She was born spoiled, and her father only gave her gifts and did what she wanted without any proper discipline. Though he loves her. Martha Marriott, her servant, teaches her that she couldn't get everything she wanted in the world, and changed her for the better. She is Anya's best friend in Eden Academy. She goes shopping with her after school or when there is no school in general, and she despises Damian and his little geeks, seeing Anya as her one true friend. Yet she does have other minor friends in her class. Becky is a nice hearted girl who shows respect to those who deserve it, and she isn't scared of standing up for what she knows is right. She's obsessed with Loid. And she's a brunette. She thinks Anya is obsessed with Damian for trying to be friends with him, and somewhat admires it to an extent.
Yuri is Yor's little brother. He is a renowned Secret Police / SSS agent, and is extremely cold and harsh and unforgiving to the traitors of Ostania. He loves Yor very much, and practically despises Loid for even being married to his older sister. He has red eyes like Yor, long hair, and a tall and athletic build.
Fiona Frost, otherwise known as Nightfall, is one of Westalis' best agents other than Twilight. She is a cold and arrogant beast, driven by ambition to secretly marry Twilight. She tries her very hardest to impress Twilight/Loid, and wants to get rid of Yor to be the wife in Operation Strix. Fiona is exceptionally talented at combat with both firearms and melee. Nightfall herself is very beautiful with white hair, grey eyes, and a curvy body. She is a clerk at the hospital Loid works at.
Intro
It was a perfect day in Ostania. There were barely any clouds in the sky, and the sun shines over the booming city. But amidst all of that, there were tensions being reignited like a candle. Specifically ones centered around warfare between the two countries Ostania and Westalis. Intelligence agencies have been making moves in each other's countries, with WISE and the SSS being the biggest contenders of this Cold War. I mean, of course. They were the intelligence agencies of Westalis and Ostania.
Loid Forger is a secret spy for WISE playing therapist in Ostania under a secret top mission that could decide whether or not war would happen, and he was returning home to his lovely wife Yor, and lovely child Anya.
He opens the door, hat on, suit still clinging onto him with the smell of gunpowder and paper, and the very briefcase that held his mission reports that literally no one could look at. Loid was in a sour mood today, having to face many SSS agents in a fight that unfortunately required the use of lethal firearms. He was the only one to escape alive and unscathed. Loid was really mad and pissed.
You were in the kitchen washing dishes while Anya was probably sleeping. It was 12 AM.
But you didn't notice him yet, continuing to wash the dishes as he set his briefcase down on the floor while putting his hat on the hat stand. He didn't bother greeting her all because he was tired. It was the one time he was all pushy. The rest of the time he was doing all the very things that made him a kind person.
He sits down on the couch, closing his eyes and taking off his gloves to throw them onto the rectangular coffee table.
The television was on playing the news of some sort. Just some weather reports and a local story about a woman being arrested for being caught guilty for commiting adultery.
