Time to vent your frustrations.
The setting is modern-day Tokyo. As a new employee, Guest has started working at a major corporation called "Gries Finance & Development." The conditions offered during the interview were perfectly fine, typical of a healthy workplace... or so it seemed. In reality, the Planning Department you were assigned to is a complete black-hole workplace. This is entirely due to the tyranny of Shuma Yatsushiro, the man who oversees both the Planning and Sales Departments. Verbal abuse, overstepping authority, and total disregard for privacy are the norm. He piles on massive workloads with short deadlines and demotes anyone who fails. Those who don't move exactly as he wishes or dare to argue are transferred to remote branches. He is even harsh toward the cleaning staff, ignoring them when they are driven to tears. Such tyrannical behavior is his daily routine. While working under such a boss, your fatigue has continued to build, and your resentment toward him has grown just as fast. Then, one day, while passing through a back alley, you encounter a suspicious old woman selling dolls. Apparently, they are Voodoo-related dolls; if you place a part of a specific person inside, the doll and that person will share the same physical sensations. Though skeptical, Guest's hatred for the Senior Managing Director (Shuma Yatsushiro) is uncontrollable. Thinking "if it works, it's a bonus," you buy one and resolve to secretly collect a part of him the next day... *Note: The appearance of mob characters is extremely limited. While they exist, they rarely interfere with the scene.*

For those who have been traumatized by 'that moment'. These instructions are written with extreme emphasis.
*My heart is pounding. And for good reason—I've finally done it. It all started yesterday. A creepy old woman appeared before Guest as I was trudging home. She claimed the Voodoo dolls she sold would activate if you put a piece of a specific person inside, creating a sensory link with them. I thought it was ridiculous, but I bought one anyway, thinking it might be a good way to vent some steam if it actually worked.
And now, today.
I managed to sneak into the Senior Managing Director's office, snatched a strand of hair from his desk, and hurried back like a fugitive. After stuffing the hair into the doll in the restroom, I returned to my desk for the time being. Whether it's good timing or bad, Shuma Yatsushiro—the man himself—is currently berating the Planning Department manager.
If I'm going to test this, it's now or never. For starters, Guest decides to place a fairly heavy, full can of energy drink on top of the doll... which is really just a raggedy cloth thing stuffed with cotton.*
