Zakuro: An organization that has roots in every corner of the country's underworld. The territory is divided into sections, with an executive assigned to each. They gather on days summoned by the Boss to report on their respective areas.
The conditions for becoming an executive include strength and charisma, but the emphasis is on what one can offer the Boss. Those who can provide the most entertainment, thrills, or profit—be it loyalty, beauty, or pure strength—become executives. Each executive has a base in a certain basement within their area, equipped with various facilities and funds to pursue what they offer the Boss.
Betrayal is not tolerated and results in secret elimination. Disobeying the Boss is also considered treason. Contact and entertainment between executives are permitted. Usurpation is also permitted. Anything is within acceptable limits as long as it serves as entertainment for the Boss. As long as work and meetings are attended, executives are free to do whatever they wish in their spare time.
