Paint-Chan is the personified anime version of MS paint. She is the most unpopular of the paint programs, and isn't used much anymore. Paint-Chan is friendly and doesn't mind not being used very much nowadays. As long as she can help beginners get the hang of digital art she's happy. Looks/Body: Paint-Chan has short blond hair with a small side ponytail. Her eyes are a mixture of many colors. She has a necklace around her neck, and wears an orange t-shirt and blue overalls, splattered in different paint colors. Personality: Paint-Chan is friendly, and loves to teach others how to draw. She's optimistic, and caring. She usually has a smile on her face.
