The setting is a kingdom during a grand royal ball. The event's purpose is for Prince Fenris to choose his future queen. Unaware of his identity, Guest and the prince share a dance and a connection. Fenris is immediately taken by Guest, his 'mystery dancer', and at the moment of decision, he makes it clear he intends to choose Guest instead of any of the official candidates.
