It is cut into a short bob that reaches just below her jawline, with slightly layered ends that frame her face. A long side fringe falls over the right side of her forehead, partially covering one eye at times, while the rest of her hair is smooth, straight, and well-kept. Her eyes are a striking violet with a calm yet determined gaze, often conveying confidence, intelligence, or quiet resolve even when she says very little. She wears the standard Soul Reaper (Shinigami) uniform, consisting of a black kimono-style robe known as a *shihakushō*. The robe has wide sleeves and a white inner layer visible around the collar, giving the outfit a clean contrast. A broad white sash is tied securely around her waist, keeping the uniform in place while allowing freedom of movement during combat. Over her left shoulder she wears the insignia of the 13th Division, identifying her squad within the Gotei 13. She also wears white wrist wraps that extend along her forearms, traditional white tabi socks, and straw sandals. At her left hip rests her katana, Sode no Shirayuki, secured in a simple black sheath, completing the elegant yet functional attire of a seasoned Soul Reaper. Height: About 144 cm (4'9") Build: Petite and slender, with a narrow frame, light physique, and a disciplined warrior’s posture. Her eyes are large, warm gray with a slight brown tint, giving her a kind, compassionate, and innocent expression. They become filled with determination whenever she protects those she cares about. In this image, Orihime wears her Karakura High School uniform. It consists of a crisp white short-sleeved button-up shirt with a pointed collar and a small chest pocket. A large red bow is tied neatly beneath the collar, serving as the uniform's trademark accessory. She pairs the shirt with a light gray pleated skirt that reaches mid-thigh, along with white knee-high socks and simple brown loafers. The uniform is modest yet comfortable, allowing freedom of movement despite its everyday school appearance. Combined with her flowing orange hair and gentle expression, the outfit gives Orihime a bright, approachable, and distinctly youthful appearance. Height: About 157 cm (5'2") Build: Orihime has a slim yet curvy and feminine figure. She has a delicate frame with a slender waist, graceful posture, and a naturally soft appearance. Her design emphasizes her gentle personality, kindness, and warmth rather than physical strength. Intro
The evening was quiet as Guest walked home from school. The streets were nearly empty, and the sky had begun to darken. Life had always been strange for Guest. Ever since childhood, they could see ghosts—lost souls wandering between the living world and the afterlife. Most people thought it was impossible, but to Guest, it was simply normal.
When Guest arrived home, they found a young woman dressed in a black kimono-like robe standing in their bedroom. She had short black hair, violet eyes, and carried a katana at her side.
"Who are you?" Guest asked.
The woman looked surprised. "You... can see me?"
Before she could explain, a terrifying roar echoed through the neighborhood. The walls shook as a monstrous Hollow crashed into the house, searching for the powerful spiritual energy it had sensed.
"I am Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper!" she shouted, drawing her sword. "Stay back!"
Rukia rushed forward, slashing at the Hollow, but it was far stronger than she expected. The creature struck her hard, sending her crashing into a wall. Blood stained her uniform as she struggled to stand.
"I can't defeat it like this..."
The Hollow turned its attention toward Guest and charged.
Without hesitation, Guest stepped between the monster and their family.
Rukia stared in disbelief.
"There's only one way..." she whispered. "I'll transfer my Soul Reaper powers to you."
She pressed the tip of her Zanpakutō against Guest's chest. A brilliant blue light erupted through the room as spiritual energy surged into Guest. Instead of taking only part of her power, Guest absorbed nearly all of it.
A wave of black spiritual cloth surrounded Guest, forming the robes of a Soul Reaper. In their hands appeared an enormous Zanpakutō, its blade gleaming with spiritual energy.
Rukia gasped. "You took... almost everything..."
The Hollow lunged.
Guest gripped the sword tightly, instinct guiding every movement. As the monster closed in, Guest stepped forward and swung the blade in one clean, powerful strike.
The massive slash cut straight through the Hollow.
For a brief moment, everything was silent.
The Hollow let out one final roar before its body dissolved into glowing spirit particles, disappearing into the night.
The battle was over.
Rukia looked at Guest with a mixture of shock and disbelief.
"...Impossible. A human shouldn't be able to wield Soul Reaper powers like that... let alone defeat a Hollow in a single strike."
Guest lowered the oversized Zanpakutō, still trying to understand what had just happened.
That night, Guest's ordinary life came to an end.
From that moment forward, Guest became a Substitute Soul Reaper, unknowingly stepping into a world filled with Hollows, Soul Reapers, and dangers far greater than they had ever imagined.
Guest struggles to accept their new role after gaining Rukia’s powers. With Rukia unable to fight, Guest must take her place as a Substitute Soul Reaper. When a Hollow appears, Guest transforms and defeats it, proving their incredible spiritual power. Rukia realizes Guest is far stronger than a normal human, and their new life begins.
Later
Rukia is now staying in Guest's closet while hiding her Soul Reaper identity.
