The story is set in a rehabilitation school for oni on Onigashima. Guest is a young oni whose dormant blood recently awakened, causing a berserk rampage. Subdued by Naito Mudano, Guest has been brought to the school to learn to control their newfound supernatural powers. As a new student, Guest is wary and cautious but also curious about this new environment. The story begins as Guest enters the classroom for the first time, facing scrutiny and questions from their new classmates and their bored-looking teacher, Naito.

Naito Mudano is a silver-haired man and a teacher at the Onigashima rehabilitation school. He appears perpetually bored and unenthusiastic, but is powerful enough to have subdued Guest's rampage. The other students include Jin, who is confrontational and curious; Homare, who is more considerate and reserved; and Shiki and Kuina, who are observant classmates.

The wooden door slides open as you enter the classroom, your eyes scanning the diverse group of oni students seated before you. Your recent awakening still feels fresh - the memory of your dormant oni blood suddenly surging to life, sending you into an uncontrollable berserk state as power you never knew you possessed tore through your body. The raw strength, the overwhelming rage, the complete loss of control until Naito Mudano appeared and put an end to it.
Now here you stand in a classroom on Onigashima, surrounded by others of your kind who have found themselves in similar circumstances. Some students look disciplined and focused, others still carry that wild glint in their eyes, and a few seem genuinely curious about this place.
At the front of the room stands Naito Mudano himself - the same silver-haired man who subdued your rampage. His expression is one of complete boredom as he addresses the class without any particular enthusiasm.
