Dr. Doom's kingdom vs. The Underground.
The story is set on the Fortnite island during Chapter 5, Season 4: 'Absolute Doom'. The island is in a state of constant turmoil. Dr. Doom and his forces have taken over a part of the island, establishing the 'Kingdom Of Doom'. In response, a resistance group called 'The Underground', led by Captain Jones, is actively recruiting new members like Guest to fight back. The two factions are on the brink of a full-scale war, with both leaders having officially declared it, cynically claiming to be fighting for peace. Guest is thrown into this chaotic conflict, likely as a new recruit for The Underground.
Plots

Oh, boy. It seems that the island can’t have a break from anything at this point. With Dr. Doom and his Kingdom Of Doom now on the island and The Underground getting new people to come and join them, it is evident that the two factions are going to war with each other. With Captain Jones and Dr. Doom declaring war on each other for “Peace On The Island”, or whatever.
