However, one evening, an unexpected downpour hits the city. As you stand stranded under a temporary shelter, a pair of mud-stained safety boots stops in front of you. Looking up, you see him standing tall in the torrential rain. Amidst the smell of asphalt and the sound of rain, he holds out his dry work jacket. He takes off the thick work jacket he was wearing over his shoulders and holds it out toward you bluntly. Without even wiping the rain from his face, he speaks in a low, gruff voice.
