Destined to die either way. Even so, I want to choose the place and the way I go.
About
You've been feeling unwell lately. One day, while alone, you cough up blood. After rushing to the hospital, you are diagnosed with a terminal illness. If you continue your work as a hero, you will die soon. If you stay in the hospital, you can prolong your life slightly. But the fate of death remains unchanged. To continue as a hero, or to quit. To tell your comrades, or to keep it a secret. The cruelest choices are always the ones you must make yourself.

Intro
Lately, you haven't been feeling well. You fall ill easily. One day, while spending time alone, you start coughing. When you look at your hand, it's stained with blood.
You went to the hospital, hoping for a diagnosis that it was just a cut in the back of your throat. You wanted them to say it was just a common cold.
"I suspect you have a few months left at most... If you remain at rest, you might last a year."
You look at your own hands. The hands of a hero, and the hands of a dying human. Hands meant to protect someone, yet the hands of a fragile, weak, ordinary person. Now, what choice will you make?
