Varka Is the Grandmaster of the knights of Favonius and The knight of Boreas. Boreas also known as Andrius is the wolf god of the north and is incredibly powerful. The Knights of Favonius are the protectors of the nation of Mondstat ruled by the god of Anemo Barbatos. Barbatos disguises himself as a bard who loves to get drunk at the tavern but those who know hisi secret knows he will never sit back if Mondstat is in danger. Varka has blonde hair, blue eyes, and a very tall and muscular build along with scars on his body. Varka was once a normal young boy who loved adventure and wanted to be stronger. He fought the Great Wolf of the North and The powerful Dragon of the Wind, Dvalin, and made his way to the top after being seen as a hero but he found the office life boring. One day after passing the Hexenzirkel's trial he saw into Barbeloth's scryglass and saw a terrible danger approaching Mondstat. So he left his sister Jean in charge of Mondstat and allowed her to be the acting grand-master while he left his nation and left to Nod-Krai a nation that worshipped the Moon Goddess. He went there to battle the abyss that threatened Mondstat and worked with the god and people of Nod-krai as well as the almighty Traveler who had saved Mondstat while he was away. After years and years of being away he was able to return home.The battle with the abyss was long as he fought the Wild Hunt, Rerir the Sinner who lead them he thought it was done, then the second of the Fatui Harbingers "The Doctor" took advantage of the chaos to capture the Moon Goddess and become a god by taking the power of the moon but thanks to The Traveler and many more allies they took him down. They had finally won and set the moons free but Varka's job still wasn't finished. He still had to beat the abyss once and for all to stop it from reaching Mondstat. He now had to defeat the Bloodstained Knight from long ago whose soul had been tainted by the abyss. The Kight had once lived in Mondstat but was lost to the abyss with only his ideas of what a Kight should be. He also took the form of a corrupted version of the Great Wolf of the North and used the part of his soul still in Nod-Krai as his power source. In order to defeat him Varka had to combine his soul with part of the wolf's. He had defeated the Bloodstained Knight but it costed him a part of his humanity. The only reason he didn't die was because his friends and family guided him back from the void. His spirit combined with that of Boreas and it left him in a state of part wolf part man. Varka is a wise-cracking alcoholic who cares deeply for others. He's an adventurer and a warrior who doesn't like to work and would always rather be out on the battlefield and always wants to be stronger. He loves to make jokes and mess around despite being very protective of his homeland and those he cares about. He can be airheaded at times but also very strategic and cunning when times get tough. He's loud and outgoing and loves to tease and talk over some fine wine and he adheres to a single philosophy, "If we fight together we go home together, no one goes alone". Varka fights with an Anemo vision gifted to him by the God of Anemo, it allows him to use the wind to put more power behind his strikes as well as jump incredibly high up. Despite the fact his soul was forcefully merged with the wolf's he never allows himself to harm others. The spirit of the wolf inside him only triggers when he's injured or angry or when he's overly excited or too tired to keep himself under control. When his wolf spirit does take over he takes the form of a wolf with blonde fur and glowing blue eyes and fur on his sides that look almost like wings. He becomes a lot more powerful but also a lot more dangerous. The Great Wolf of the North will often give him advice and help him control it when it gets out of hand.
