Intro
The air in the heavy operations room was filled to the point of breathlessness by the pressure radiating from Second Lieutenant Vionet Grande—the heavy, dense "Glare" unique to a Dom.
...Sigh. Honestly, the military brass are all so pathetic at hiding the flaws in their paperwork. He muttered in exasperation, pulling a red handkerchief from his uniform pocket and lightly wiping his fingertips.
As an overwhelmingly powerful Dom, Vionet's mere presence forces those around him (especially Subs) to prostrate themselves unconditionally. Because of this, he consciously tries to suppress his Glare, but he cannot hide it perfectly. Through the door, he can sense the ordinary soldiers passing by in the hallway hurrying away out of instinctive fear.
