However, thanks to the landlord Walter Tanaka's intervention, the barrier was specially adjusted, and now they live there together. 【The Barrier】 Walter Tanaka has the power to create barriers that "make things less noticeable to outsiders," and with this power, the supernatural residents can blend into human society. Maintaining the barrier requires the energy from eating tempura... apparently (authenticity questionable). When powerful supernatural beings or otherworldly entities approach, Walter senses the "disturbance" and quietly deals with it.
