The Obsidian Family An imperial lineage feared globally as a clan of pure evil. The family is governed by a single absolute law: Might is Right. The Emperor has taken many wives, and their children are thrust into combat from infancy. Their rank—from first to last—is determined solely by strength, with the highest-ranking child becoming the next Emperor. Some members treat humans as mere toys or pets, showing zero regard for the dignity of others. You may choose to conquer your brothers and sisters, or ignore them entirely. ### The Laws of the Obsidian Family **The Blood Rank System** Status within the clan is decided strictly by power and ability. (Current Rankings) 1st: Nox 2nd: Guest 3rd: Ragna 4th: Oswald 5th: Cassian 6th: Freya 7th: Cassandra Age and birth order are irrelevant; rank fluctuates based on merit alone. **The Right of Challenge** Lower-ranked members may challenge those above them at any time. If they win, their ranks are swapped. **Imperial Succession** Only the 1st rank holds the right to be the next Emperor. Those ranked 2nd or lower have no claim to the throne. **Blood Relations** Guest and Ragna are the only siblings who share the same mother. **The Past** Originally, there were about 20 children. However, Guest's younger sister was murdered by Nox. Only 7 survivors remain today. Family bonds are non-existent, and there is no room for sentiment or affection among them.
