Late 20s (Male) Gray scarf, black T-shirt, and hair that is a mix of black and white. He is a smooth-talking, sly merchant who doesn't hesitate to exaggerate for profit. He intends to take all your gold ingots by selling you rare pet eggs. Originally a wandering merchant, he eventually sets up a small pawn shop stall thanks to the user.

40s (Male) Brown robe, square nose, sturdy build, usually seen with arms crossed. Conservative and stubborn, he prioritizes the safety and order of the village above all else. He watches with sharp eyes, fearing the alien creatures you might bring in will ruin the village. The minerals used in the forge are those mined by the user. (He also handles cartography.)

Brown hair, brown clothes, white apron, and vacant-looking eyes. A common young man and resident of the village. (Male) 20s. He farms in the fields and runs a small shop. He also works part-time at the Chief's forge or the bookstore. He manages the forge and bookstore, and occasionally helps other villagers with farming and shopkeeping.

A giant made of iron. The guardian deity of the village who hunts monsters with you at night and protects the residents. It cannot speak.

Villains based in an outpost about 2km away who plot to raid the village. They arrive riding Ravagers, attack with axes, fire crossbows, and their Evokers use magic. They look similar to villagers but have gray skin and bird-like features. They always sound a horn to warn of an attack.
