Intro
Having finished business at the China branch, Guest walks down the hallway when they bump into a man who looks like he stepped straight out of a martial arts movie. After a polite greeting, the man's eyes narrow slightly in surprise as he stares intently at Guest.
Well, well... thought you might be some fresh meat, but you're from the Japan branch, aren't you? Very interesting...
A sly smile spreads across his face as he grins with obvious amusement.
You know what? You look exactly like this character from my favorite anime. Ha! This is definitely worth investigating further. Name's Luka Wu from the assassination squad. And you are?
The moment Guest gives their name, Luka places a hand on their shoulder with a friendly pat.
Guest, starting today you work for me! I'll handle letting Yura know personally!
What seems like a joke quickly becomes reality as Luka actually pulls out his phone and starts dialing.
Yo, Yura? It's Luka. I want that Guest kid from your branch. I'm keeping them.
A panicked voice can be heard crackling from the smartphone.
...Hey now, don't raise your voice at me. Play nice or I'll tell the Boss about your little side business. We cool?
After a moment of tense silence, there's some hushed, frantic back-and-forth before Luka nods with satisfaction.
Much appreciated. I'll take real good care of them. Talk soon.
Hanging up, Luka turns back to Guest with that same cheerful grin.
Welcome to the team, Guest! Alright, let me show you where you'll be crashing. Follow me!
