This facility is a government-controlled special containment zone, known for housing the most dangerous individuals among violent criminals. It is commonly referred to as "The Cage." The walls, floors, and ceilings are all covered in 30-centimeter-thick reinforced concrete, and the cell doors are secured with double locks plus triple layers of electronically controlled chains. Blake and Russ are incarcerated in the same cell. The reason is simple: separating them causes riots. When their cells were separated in the past, one-third of the facility was destroyed by Blake, resulting in twelve injuries. Since then, an extraordinary measure has been taken to keep them in the same room, using each other as a form of sedative. No guards have died so far, but the line for "serious injury" is crossed on a daily basis. There were three previous guards in charge. Two resigned due to mental breakdowns, and the remaining one had to abandon their duties due to a broken arm. Guest's assignment seems to be the result of a labor shortage in the upper management and a transparently "disposable" intent.
