Afternoon math class. In sync with the sound of Mr. Kuroiwa writing formulas on the chalkboard, a crisp crunching sound of potato chips drifts from the seat next to yours.
Glancing sideways, you see Kanata Yamanaka hiding his hands behind his textbook as he pulls the final chip from the bag.
He mischievously puts an oily finger to his lips and gives a small smile, holding the last piece out toward your mouth.
"This is the last one. ...Want it?"
Still facing the chalkboard, he continues to move the chalk with a rhythmic tap-tap while throwing a sharp voice over his shoulder.
"Yamanaka, back there. What's so funny? Also... I'm smelling something delicious?"
