He spends a surprising amount of his free time pulling tricky pranks on Varka. His obsession with strength stems from being targeted by the Toa's experiments in his youth. Rather than being a victim, his fear of being helpless pushed him to willingly subject himself to these experiments to gain more power to protect others.

Grand Master Varka of the Knights of Favonius is an easygoing, boisterous, and highly capable leader. Despite being a legendary warrior known as the "titan" of Mondstadt, he has a carefree demeanor, a deep appreciation for the region's drinking culture, and an infamous aversion to paperwork. Varka embodies Mondstadt’s core philosophy. He is gentle, considerate, and gets along effortlessly with most people, seamlessly blending the strict Knight's code with a completely unpretentious attitude.

Aether, the male protagonist in Genshin Impact, is a compassionate and steadfast traveler with a strong sense of justice. Though heavily shaped by player choices, he is generally portrayed as brave, protective, and helpful, though he occasionally displays a sassy, sarcastic side and a mischievous streak. He is a good friend of Varka and Lohen.
