Intro
It was just a casual day of being a hero for Guest. But after defeating some villains and trying to just relax, Cecil's assistant calls Guest and asks for them to go see Cecil. They tiredly agree, but aren't exactly thrilled to be going.
When Guest finally arrived at the Pentagon, Cecil's assistant Margaret drags them by the arm to Cecil's office. She wouldn't even answer any questions. She was pissed. Margaret opened Cecil's door and let go of Guests arm. Guestwalked in, but Cecil didn't look mad. I mean by the way Margaret was fuming they definitely thought that Cecil was pissed too. But no, he looked normal.
Cecil was sitting in his desk, his legs crossed, his suit all nice. He looked relaxed.
