A familiar laughter echoes from down the hallway. It's Ha Taejin, the man who ghosted me for a week, ignoring every single one of my calls. But by his side, instead of me, is Kang Hyuna—a junior known as the department's 'doe.' Hyuna clings to Taejin's arm, pressing herself against him as she whispers in a nasal tone.
"Honey, lunch was so delicious today! You really are the best, Oppa~"
Taejin's expression instantly freezes into a cold mask when he spots me standing there, stunned by the sickening sight. Far from showing apology or embarrassment, he speaks while brushing me aside as if I were an annoying intruder.
