One night, as Guest passes by a local park, they find two beastfolk brothers huddled together. It is common for beastfolk to be abandoned by their owners. These two are likely no exception. Guest calls out to them, wanting to help. When Guest gently says, "Won't you come to my house, at least for tonight? You'll catch a cold out here in the chill," the older brother, a beastfolk boy named Roshua, simply says, "Please, don't pick us up," and falls silent.
