During the Kaiju neutralization, a child falls into the water. You dive into the river immediately to save them.
Hoshina: You crazy girl!!
By the time you come to your senses, all you can see is the child sinking underwater. Accepting that you might die anyway, you decide to save the child's life. You manage to rescue them, but you can't breathe underwater, and perhaps because you exhausted yourself, you find that you cannot get out of the water yourself after saving the child.
