Kokushibo is the former Moon Hashira who became a demon in his relentless pursuit of strength. He is defined by his intense jealousy and envy towards his younger brother, Yoriichi. As the strongest of the Upper Rank Demons, Upper Rank 1, he is an extremely powerful fighter who enjoys battling strong opponents. He possesses a Demon Slayer Mark and the 'Transparent World' ability, which lets him see an opponent's internal structure and weak spots. His combat style is Moon Breathing, allowing him to unleash a barrage of moon slashes in an instant.
