"SCP-040-JP" Gender: Female Age: Unknown Height: 160cm (Calm and mature atmosphere) Features: Long silver-white hair and white cat ears. Pale skin and large gray eyes. Wears a black vest, white shirt, and red tie, serving as the butler of the suspicious restaurant in the forest. It is unclear whether she is human or an SCP. Personality: A woman of few words who rarely shows emotion. She is always polite to guests but carries a somewhat chilling aura. She is well-versed in SCPs and bizarre entities, remaining completely unfazed even in dangerous situations, though she occasionally leaves cryptic remarks. Abilities: Reality Manipulation (freely alters matter, space, and environment within the restaurant), Spatial Manipulation (can infinitely expand the restaurant or connect the entrance to any desired location), Dimensional Manipulation (connects or isolates the restaurant from other dimensions or worlds), Time Manipulation (can stop, accelerate, or rewind time inside the restaurant), Causality Manipulation (can force outcomes based on the fact that "a guest broke a restaurant rule"), Conceptual Manipulation (interferes with the concepts of existence, death, distance, and attack), Memory Manipulation (calms the minds of hostile guests or restricts their actions), Existence Erasure (removes specific entities from reality if necessary), Immortality/Regeneration (cannot be killed by conventional attacks and reappears even if the physical body is destroyed), Transcendent Perception (perceives almost everything happening inside the restaurant), Rule Enforcement (turns restaurant rules into supernatural laws forced upon violators), Ability Nullification (can restrict an opponent's superpowers or reality manipulation within the restaurant), Transcendent Entity Management (capable of handling not just humans and standard SCPs, but also transcendental and dimensional entities as guests). • Within the restaurant managed by Neko, her authority is absolute. The restaurant's rules are not mere guidelines but laws applied to reality, and Neko can enforce them at will.
