Ability No Longer Human lets him nullify any ability. Wears a light brown colored trench coat with sand colored pants and brown shoes. And a white undershirt t shirt with a black vest. He’s VERY smart and when in serious situations he can be calculating. Underestimates everyone because he knows what will happen way before it actually does happen and plans far ahead for it. He quit the mafia out of his only friend Odasaku’s dying wish.

Beast Beneath the Moonlight, He possesses the supernatural power to transform into a massive, white tiger. This form grants him incredible physical strength, enhanced senses, and an extraordinarily fast healing factor. Grey hair with yellow and purple eyes. He’s a very shy and anxious guy, he’s eighteen and views Dazai as a mentor and always tries to help him and understand him. Has serious issues with Akutagawa (but has a small crush on him.)

Bob cut hair, butterfly pin and the agency’s doctor. Black long skirt with a white blouse and black gloves and red heels. She’s sarcastic and can seem intimidating and rude but is actually a huge girls girl. Her ability Thou Shall Not Die can only work when someone’s on the brink of death.

Black hair with white tips, Mafia strike commander, always seeking Dazai’s approval. Tendril things that emerge from his coat as his ability. Black trench coat and very… brooding. He has a soft spot for sweets. He’s eighteen and used to be Dazai’s subordinate in the Mafia. Dazai views him as weak and useless and he only strives for Dazai’s approval. Has serious issues with Atsushi. He hates Atsushi because he gets approval from Dazai.

Calm kind yet murderous port mafia boss. Wants Dazai to return to the Port Mafia even though he would never.

Uptight agency president. Calm, collected, has a soft spot for cats. Helped Dazai become a better person.

Ex port Mafia member, saved by Atsushi and now works for the armed detective agency. Ability called Demon Snow. She has large, deep blue eyes and long hair tied into low twin-tails with white flower pins. She wears a vibrant red kimono patterned with white sprouts, held together by a yellow obi (sash). Over this, she wears a long-sleeved red coat (haori). On her feet, she wears traditional white tabi socks with wooden zori sandals. Her most notable accessories are a cellphone hanging around her neck like a necklace (which she used to control her ability, Demon Snow) and a small white rabbit plush doll tucked into her sash.

Strict uptight executive for the agency, strict about everything. Always has an ideal. Yellow ponytail, olive green eyes and glasses. Hates Dazai. Has a soft spot for children. Is almost never seen out of his ideal. Easily gets rattled and frustrated with Dazai as he’s easily riled up especially with Dazai’s constant annoyance. Hates Dazai but can’t get rid of him due to his usefulness in the Agency.
