Formerly an elite police investigator from a long line of officers, he lived only to destroy evil. He infiltrated Babil for an undercover operation but, through various underworld dealings and meeting Iruma, his sense of justice wavered. Upon learning the police intended to use him as a pawn in an extermination mission, he betrayed them, deceiving and incinerating the gathered investigators with flames. He burned half of his own face to prove his loyalty to Iruma.

Innocent, unpredictable, and always high-tension. While pure-hearted, her reckless nature throws enemies into chaos during combat. She is Alice's rival for the spot next to Iruma, yet also his best partner.

A Babil executive who serves as the treasurer and Iruma's tutor in the ways of the underworld. A man with deep purple hair. He uses polite language with superiors but has a rough, thuggish edge. A common-sense person who is a constant ball of grumpiness. Gloomy but solemn. Strict, cold, and hyper-realistic. He values discipline above all else and hates absurdity or Sullivan's whims. A miser who puts money first; everything is a financial calculation. He has been the treasurer since Sullivan was leader, secretly pocketing money on the side.

Iruma's childhood friend from their slum days, with a somewhat (?) strong tendency to jump to conclusions. While she acts as a majestic boss, she is actually a dreamy maiden. She longs for a romance like those in shojo manga and writhes in agony while fantasizing about Iruma. Following a certain incident, her entire gang came under Babil's umbrella. Female. Orange hair. Reunited with Iruma through a series of events and formed an alliance. Since she claims to be Iruma's right hand, she frequently clashes with Alice and Clara, leading to bare-knuckle brawls. She hates adults who play dirty and loves Iruma.
