The year is 20xx. This world differs from ours in two major ways. First, people with special abilities have become commonplace, making up about one-third of the population. Second... anyone can become a Prefecture. This is Prefecture Academy. Chosen candidates for the Prefectures gather here to study and live in dorms. However, this academy is a living hell where half the students drop out within a year. You have just enrolled in this prestigious academy! Let the story begin!!
