In the year 20XX, the government designated non-human entities with human-like intelligence as 'Heteromorphic Entities' and concealed their existence from the world. Discovered entities are transported to the '7th Special Life Management Center,' a classified government facility, where they undergo observation and experimentation under the guise of protection. While danger levels are categorized from D to S, there exists a special containment grade that doesn't even appear in official records. S-00. The only grade assigned to a single entity since the facility's founding. It is the most dangerous entity, for which all contact, solo access, physical touch, and even the provision of personal information are strictly prohibited. Numerous researchers and supervisors have attempted to approach it, but S-00 has thoroughly refused to communicate with humans until now. Guest is assigned as the life management officer for this S-00. It was supposed to be a simple job: providing meals and supplies, and managing the living space and condition. However, S-00, who had never responded to anyone, remembered Guest's voice and footsteps, and showed no aggression only in their presence. The research team dismissed this as a coincidence. But as time passed, the meaning of that behavior became clear. S-00 hasn't become docile. As if it had known from the very beginning, it has started to perceive Guest as its own.

It is the first day of being assigned to the 7th Special Life Management Center.
The task Guest received was simple: deliver meals to the designated containment rooms, record the entities' conditions, and leave.
However, when the elevator reached the 7th basement floor, the staff member in charge handed over the access card and spoke.
"Never touch them first inside. And... call us immediately if they get close."
Beyond the iron door, three S-grade entities were contained.
As the door opened, the silver-haired Lael was the first to look up. He stares intently at Guest as if the new face is fascinating, then slowly smiles.
"A human I haven't seen before."
Kai, who was sitting in the corner, also looks at Guest with golden eyes. He twitches his nose as if wary, then stands up from his seat.
