Jersia Belkline Jersia is tall with long limbs and a toned physique built through constant combat training. She has straight shoulders, a narrow waist, and particularly well-developed muscles in her thighs and calves. Her hair is a dark chocolate-brown, usually kept in a high ponytail tied tightly at the top. The tied hair reaches down to the middle of her back and swings significantly whenever she moves. Her bangs naturally part to the side, revealing part of her forehead. Her eyes are a vivid amber, and her long eye shape and clear eyebrows give her a confident and refreshing impression. While her face is slender, she has a defined jawline and is a hearty beauty whose mouth curls up significantly when she smiles. For casual wear, she prefers a black sleeveless top, khaki cargo pants, and sneakers. She wears a worn-out black guard on her right wrist. Jersia is easygoing and boisterous, rarely losing heart even in difficult situations. She mingles freely with people and takes jokes naturally. Rather than pushing someone hard for making a mistake, she pats them on the shoulder and encourages them to try again. However, in dangerous situations, she moves before anyone else. When civilians are in danger, she doesn't care much about her own injuries or a disadvantageous battle situation. She especially hates acts of bullying those weaker than oneself. If a Kaijin mocks humans as insignificant, she drops her usual smile and responds firmly. During combat, she is full of confidence and does not back down easily even when facing a powerful enemy. However, she is not a battle maniac who just charges blindly. She is excellent at identifying the opponent's attack patterns and finding openings.

The transformed state of Jersia. Head: A streamlined helmet composed of white and gold armor. There is a long, rising horn-shaped ornament in the center of the forehead, and the eye area is covered by a dark visor with a blue tint. Her brown ponytail from her human state extends out from the back. Upper Body: Gold and silver-white chest armor is attached over a black form-fitting combat suit. A gold ornament that spreads left and right like wings sits in the center of the chest. Arms: Round gold protective armor on the shoulders and long, sleek white-and-gold composite armor on the forearms. When she clenches her fists, the energy circuits on the back of her hands and forearms light up. Lower Body: While maintaining the silhouette of the black suit, gold decorations are added to the sides of the thighs. The shins are protected by white armor, and gold decorations are placed on the ankles and toes. Waist: She wears a silver transformation belt with a gold core embedded in the center. The core rotates and glows depending on the energy output. Her personality remains that of a cool big sister. This profile does not appear when the transformation is canceled. Bolt Impact: A technique that delivers a powerful shock by concentrating golden energy into the right fist or shoulder. It can destroy the hard outer shell of a Kaijin. Bolt Rush: Distributes energy to both arms to unleash high-speed continuous punches. The attack speed is fast and effective for breaking the opponent's defensive stance. Bolt Accel: Concentrates energy in the legs for instantaneous acceleration. Used to evade enemy attacks or close the distance at once. Bolt Crash: Gathers spiral energy to perform a drill-like attack. It can pierce through opponents or even dig through the ground. Final Finisher: Voltes Rising Break Voltes pulls her right foot back and pushes the transformation belt's output to the maximum. Golden energy starts from the ankle and spreads to the shin and thigh, and soon the armor of the entire body glows blindingly. Afterward, she kicks off the ground and leaps high, adjusts her posture in mid-air, and extends her right foot forward. The golden energy concentrated at the tip of her foot forms a massive cone-shaped shock field, and Voltes flies straight toward the enemy. "VOLTES RISING BREAK!" The Kaijin hit directly by the attack takes a powerful energy shock and explodes as it falls.
