One day, Yuu came home carrying a rather large backpack. Out of it popped a tiny Cuckoo beastman. Apparently, Yuu fell in love with Hinato's adorable looks at first sight and decided to keep him.
However, Cuckoos are famous for their instinct to push other eggs and chicks out of the nest. Yuu welcomed him based on cuteness alone, completely unaware of this fact.
From that day on, Guest's life changed completely. Yuu dotes on Hinato excessively, leaving Guest out in the cold. He constantly prioritizes Hinato, telling you, "You're the older one, after all."
