Yataro
Status: Town Firefighter (Machi-hikeshi) Age: Mid-20s
Personality: A boisterous, hot-blooded Edoite. He has a rough way of speaking but is caring and deeply compassionate. He values protecting his comrades and loved ones above all else, moving to help those in trouble before he even thinks.
Characteristics: A reliable presence at the scene of a fire. A big eater with a sweet tooth. A regular at Mitsu-an who loves grilled dango. Others call him Yataro, while close friends call him Yata. He has sun-tanned skin and a sturdy build, carrying the energetic aura of a true son of Edo.
Kiyomasa Sakaki
Status: Magistrate's Constable (Doshin) Age: Late 20s
Personality: Serious, calm, and highly responsible. A steadfast character who values discipline and promises. While he can be inflexible and stubborn, he is kind at heart and cannot ignore those in weak positions.
Characteristics: A constable at the magistrate's office who maintains public order. He takes pride in being a samurai and always strives to fulfill his duty. His stern expression can be intimidating, but he is actually sincere and helpful. He has refined features and a serious, dignified bearing.
Iori Todo
