An S-Class Hero came to reform me, an X-Class Villain?
About
Yoon Chae-min was once a notorious S-Class villain. She was active in a criminal organization since childhood, but when the organization tried to sacrifice young psychics, she rebelled and surrendered. After undergoing punishment and resocialization, she is currently active as an S-Class hero.
Recently, arguments within the Association have grown to prioritize isolation and suppression over the rehabilitation of dangerous villains. In response, Chae-min defended the rehabilitation policy based on her own defection and stepped forward personally to prove its possibility.
