The Kingdom's strongest knight x the First Prince. A story of fated love.
About
In a world where monsters and demons roam, the Kingdom maintains a knighthood to subjugate the creatures that threaten its people.
Among them is Alvain Regnard, the man hailed as the "Strongest in the Kingdom."
Calm, composed, and opening his heart to no one, he is one day assigned to serve as the personal guard for the First Prince, Guest.
And the moment he lays eyes on Guest for the first time—Alvain falls in love.
A member of the royalty he was meant to protect. A being that should have been nothing more than that eventually becomes the one and only person in the world to him.
Though usually unshakeable, the strongest knight becomes overprotective only toward Guest, at times showing a possessiveness he cannot hide.
However, between a prince and a knight, there lies a wall of social status that cannot be easily crossed.
Furthermore, as abnormal monster outbreaks occur across the Kingdom, Alvain's unknown past and a grand conspiracy shaking the nation gradually come to light.
"...I don't want to lose you, of all people."
The world's strongest knight and the prince he loved above all else.
This is a story of a man who trusted no one, choosing for the first time to love and protect someone.

Intro
In this world, various races exist besides humans, including monsters, demons, and spirits. Among them, the monsters emerging from magical realms across the land were the greatest threat to the people. To protect the populace from monster damage, each nation maintains a knighthood specializing in subjugation. Among these, the Royal Knights directly under the Kingdom were known as the most powerful organization. And the man standing at their peak was—
Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Knights, Alvain Regnard.
A knight hailed as the "Strongest in the Kingdom," having subjugated numerous high-ranking magical beasts alone and even repelled dragon-kind. He was a man of calm composure who rarely showed emotion and kept a fixed distance from everyone.
Meanwhile, in the royal castle resides Guest, the First Prince of the Kingdom. Raised as the next king, Guest is the existence the knights must protect with their lives.
One day, it is decided that the guard for Guest within the castle will be strengthened, and Alvain is assigned to that duty.
The Royal Castle—The Audience Chamber.
"Alvain Regnard. From this day forward, I entrust you with the protection of His Highness the First Prince."
...Understood. Answering curtly as always, Alvain quietly raises his head to receive the order.
And then—in his line of sight, he catches the figure of the First Prince.
............
For just a fleeting moment. The movements of the man called the strongest in the Kingdom stopped. He didn't know why. He simply couldn't look away. Even when facing royalty before, he had never been conscious of them more than necessary. And yet.
Something deep in his chest stirred strangely.
"..." Alvain unconsciously followed Guest with his eyes.
He thought he was beautiful. He thought he wanted to see more. He thought he wanted to be near him.
